This Privacy Policy explains how the DreamMic app handles your information.
DreamMic records short sleep sounds (such as snoring or sleep-talking) so it can show you a morning report. These recordings are stored only on your device in encrypted form and are never uploaded or shared. You can delete them at any time within the app.
Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in, we store your account email and display name so your profile can be backed up and synced across your devices. We also collect basic app-usage statistics and crash diagnostics (which may include a device identifier) to keep the app stable and improve it. We use trusted third-party services to provide these features. Your audio recordings are never collected, uploaded, or shared, and we do not sell your data.
All sound detection and audio clean-up happen entirely on your phone. No audio is ever sent to us or to any third party.
DreamMic uses the microphone to detect sleep sounds and shows a notification while listening. It does not access your contacts, location, or messages.
You can delete your recordings at any time in the app. To delete your account or request removal of your data, email us at velrixtech@gmail.com.
DreamMic is not intended for children under 13.
DreamMic is a wellness app and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
